12 August – registration of competitors, accompanied persons and gests; settling in hotel.
8月12号 ----- 选手、陪同人员和客人注册，入住酒店
13 August – ceremony of opening of competition, fulfillment of competition tasks.
8月13号 ----- 比赛开幕式，比赛进行
14 and 15 August – fulfillment of competition tasks, quality check of welds.
8月14-15号 ----- 比赛进行，焊接质量检测
16 August – summing up, ceremony of closing of competition.
8月16号 ----- 总结，闭幕式
Program of competition 比赛项目
Program of International welder’s competition will include only practical tasks. There are some welding positions in every nomination and final welding position in every nomination will be chosen during opening of competition by casting of lots.
国际焊工比赛项目只包括实操项目。每种比赛方法都有几种焊接位置，每种比赛方法的最终焊接位置将在开幕式中通过抽签的方式来决定。
Practical skills of welders will estimate on the following five categories:
焊工的实操比赛将从下列五个方面来进行评判：
1) preparation of work place and compliance with requirements of labour protection;
现场准备、符合劳保要求
2) compliance with technologies of assembly and welding of control joints;
符合组对装配工艺和控制焊缝的焊接要求
3) quality of the weld of the external inspection and measurement;
检测和测量焊缝的外观质量
4) weld quality based on radiographic inspection;
基于外观质量的基础上进行射线探伤的检测
5) welding time of control joint (maximal time of welding shown in WPS).
控制焊缝的焊接时间（最长焊接时间见WPS）
The Organizing Committee provides welding materials and equipment for every competitor, tool for training (during 30 minutes) and demonstration of practical skills. The participant has the right to use your tool. Competitor must have their uniform, shoes and welding mask, and in case of its absence he will be able to use the demo uniform provided by sponsor – the company “Vostok-service” (Kyiv), and the demo welding mask provided by sponsor – “3M Ukraine” (Kyiv).
组委会为每位焊工提供焊材和设备、30分钟时长的训练工具、焊机技术展示。选手有权使用自己的工具。选手必须有自己的焊工服、焊工鞋、焊接面罩。选手忘记携带时，也能使用赞助商基辅的“Vostok服务公司”提供的焊工服和赞助商基辅的“3M乌克兰” 提供的焊接面罩。
Practical tasks (total time – not more 60 minutes, for nomination 111 – not more 90 minutes):
实操项目(总时间不超过60分钟，对于手工焊条电弧焊111项目则不超过90分钟)
Nomination 1 – manual arc welding by coated electrode (111/ SMAW):
焊接方法1 ----- 手工焊条电弧焊(111/ SMAW)
· welding of butt joint of plates t = 10 mm of low-carbon steel in overhead position (РЕ ss nb);
板板对接 t = 10mm低碳钢 （仰焊位置 单面焊 无衬垫焊接 ）
· welding of butt joints of pipe elements D76 × 5 (T/BW) of low-carbon steel in one of orbital positions: inclined (H-L045 ss nb), vertical (PH ss nb) or horizontal (PC ss nb) (determined by casting of lots).
直径76mm × 5 mm(T/BW) 的低碳钢以下其中一个位置的管管对接：轴线：倾斜（向下焊或向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接），轴线：垂直（向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）或者轴线：垂直（横焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）(由抽签决定)
Nomination 2 – arc welding with consumable electrode in active gas (135/GMAW):
焊接方法2 ----- 熔化极混合气体保护焊(135/GMAW) ：
· welding of two butt joints of plates t = 12 mm made of low-carbon steel in upright (PF ss nb), horizontal (PC ss nb) or lower (PA ss nb) (position and sequence of welds will be determined by casting of lots).
板板对接 t = 12mm低碳钢 (向上立焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接），（横焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）或（平焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）（焊接位置和顺序将由抽签决定）
Nomination 3 – arc welding by tungsten electrode in inert gases (141/GTAW):
焊接方法3 --- 钨极氩弧焊(141/GTAW)
· welding of butt joints of pipe elements D45 × 4 (T/BW) of high-alloy steel in one of orbital positions: inclined (H-L045 ss nb), vertical (PH ss nb) or horizontal (PC ss nb) (determined by casting of lots);
φ45mm× 4mm(T/BW) 高合金钢 以下其中一个位置的管管对焊：轴线：倾斜（向下焊或向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接），轴线：垂直（向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）或者轴线：垂直（横焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）(由抽签决定)
· welding of butt joints of pipe elements D42 × 3 (T/BW) of low-carbon steel in one of orbital positions: inclined (H-L045 ss nb), vertical (PH ss nb) or horizontal (PC ss nb) (determined by casting of lots).
φ42 × 3 (T/BW)低碳钢 以下其中一个位置的管管对焊：轴线：倾斜（向下焊或向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接），轴线：垂直（向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）或者轴线：垂直（横焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）(由抽签决定)
Nomination 4 – oxy fuel welding (311/OFW):
焊接方法4 ---- 气焊(311/OFW)
· welding of two butt joints of pipe elements D57 × 4 (T/BW) of low-carbon steel in one of orbital positions: inclined (H-L045 ss nb), vertical (PH ss nb) or horizontal (PC ss nb) (determined by casting of lots).
φ57 × 4 (T/BW) 低碳钢 以下其中一个位置的管管对焊：轴线：倾斜（向下焊或向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接），轴线：垂直（向上焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）或者轴线：垂直（横焊 单面焊 无衬垫焊接）(由抽签决定)
WPS for all nominations will be represented after 01.08.2013 on sites of organizers: www.tzu.key.ua and www.tzu.od.ua.
所有焊接方法的WPS将在2013年8月1日后在组委会网站(www.tzu.key.ua and www.tzu.od.ua.)提供。
Within the framework of the International competition will also be held Ukrainian competition of welders-professionals, which will consists of practical and theoretical parts. The practical part of the International competition, fulfilled by the Ukrainian participants, will be included in the rankings of the Ukrainian competition. The theoretical part of the Ukrainian competition of welders will take the form of tests.
国际焊工比赛中还将举行乌克兰专业焊工比赛，该比赛包括实操和和理论考试。国际比赛中乌克兰选手的的实操部分将会成为乌克兰比赛排名的一部分。乌克兰选手的理论部分将会以考试的形式进行。
Jury 裁判
Jury of competition will be declared by Organizing Committee during opening of competition and will work at leadership of Dr. Volodymyr Kotik, director of Ukrainian Attestative Committee of Welders. Jury will form from experienced experts of Ukraine and qualified representatives of other countries-participants of competition (on desire).
大赛裁判将在开幕式上由组委会来宣布，并将在乌克兰焊工委员会主任Volodymyr Kotik博士的领导下开展工作。裁判团将由经验丰富的乌克兰专家和其他国家代表团中符合条件的人员(自愿)组成。
Estimation of theoretical knowledge’s of participants of Ukrainian competition will carry out by Ukrainian part of jury.
乌克兰选手理论知识的评判将由裁判团中的乌克兰裁判来进行。
Rewards 奖励
Winners and prize-winners of welder’s competition are awarded by大赛奖励包括:
· Benardos cups, diplomas of Ukrainian Welding Society;Benardos奖杯和乌克兰焊接学会证书
· valuable gifts and money awards; 有价值的礼品和奖金
· International certificates. 国际证书
Jury, public and other organizations, sponsors have the right to establish (in coordination with Organizing Committee) special prizes and premiums for participants of competition.
裁判团、社会和其他组织、赞助商可以与组委会合作针对参赛人员成立特别奖项和奖品
Additional competition nomination
附加赛项目
Company «3M Ukraine» (Kyiv) founded the creative nomination for welders-competitors «Creation of weld art emblem of company 3M» (in coordination with Organizing Committee of competition).
基辅《3M乌克兰》公司与大赛组委会配合为焊工设立了富有创意的比赛项目——《3M公司会徽的艺术性焊接创作》
Welders represent these emblems in Organizing Committee of competition in the form of «homework».
焊工们将以家庭作业的形式在大赛组委会展现这些标志。
It is also possible to produce emblems during competition. Every welder can represent some variants of weld emblem. Competitive emblems will put up for public viewing on separate stand of mini-exhibition under the encrypted numbers.
选手们将可能在大赛期间制作这些徽标。每个选手都能展现不同样式的焊接徽标。优秀的徽标将会被编码，在不同的迷你展台向大家展示。

- the use of paint and galvanic coating is prohibited (red color is not required for competitive emblems),

- it is allowed the metallization or coating by thermal spraying.

Estimation and choice of emblems will be spent by representatives of company «3M Ukraine».
选手焊接徽标的评判和选择由《3M乌克兰》公司代表负责
Rewarding (with prizes) of authors of the best emblems will be held during the closing ceremony of the competition.
