大家好！
首先，我谨代表韩国焊接工业联盟 (KWIC)衷心地祝贺由中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会主办、北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司承办的2012北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接大赛的隆重开幕，同时我也很高兴带领韩国代表团参加此次大赛。
在此，我特向为此次大赛的成功举办做出辛勤努力的组委会所有人员致以崇高的敬意！
大家都知道，焊接是一项非常重要的基本生产技术，它将两种或多种单独的不同材料合并为一个整体。希望来自世界各地的选手们在大赛中把安全放在第一位，并取得好的成绩，同时希望大家借此契机互相结下深厚的国际友谊。

Hollow Everyone !!!
First of all, On behalf of Korea welding industry cooperative, heartily congratulations to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Beijing ARC Xinxing Science and Technology Co., Limited on the 2012 Beijing ARC Cup” International Welding Competition and also I’m very happy to participate this contest with my Korean delegation.
I pay my respects to the endeavor of the all staff from Organizing Committee of this Competition who made every effort to make successful contest.
As you know well, welding is one of very important basic production technology which is two or several separated materials combine into one body.
Throughout this tournament, from around the world participate you guys, have agood results with safety and make a warm and wonderful international friendshipeach others.
